Madinah Institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship (MILE) and Saudi Arabian Human Resource Development Fund have recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding during a high level meeting held at Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Under this MoU, HRDF is going to sponsor hundred (100) delegates from the across the Saudi Arabia to participate in a world class leadership Program for Advanced Leadership and Management (PALM) to be organized from 17-30 April, 2015 in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
Human Resource Development Fund
provides scholarships exclusively to senior and emerging business and thought
leaders of Saudi Arabia. The purpose of this scholarship is to provide Saudi
leaders with ample networking and leadership development opportunities opportunities. It also reflects their MILE’s and

criteria for availing this scholarship.
The applicant must be a Saudi
citizen.
Should have at least 5 years of
work experience.
Should demonstrate exceptional
leadership skills.
Excellent track record of
tangible achievements.
He should at least hold bachelor’s
degree from an accredited university. Preference will be given to MBA
graduates.
Proficiency in spoken and written
English is a must as all the lectures will be delivered in English.
